After receiving your signed agreement, we’ll start gathering the essential information to create a comprehensive project brief. This document is the foundation of the entire design process, capturing your functionality needs, budget, and desired materials. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the brief reflects your vision, which may involve additional meetings or exchanging inspirational materials.
Site Research
We will conduct a thorough investigation of the site, consulting with local authorities to identify any zoning restrictions, planning rules, and potential site constraints such as easements or council drains.

Tendering & Contractor Selection
With the building consent granted, we begin the process of selecting the right contractor for the job. We invite tenders from trusted contractors, providing a clear scope of work and answering any queries that arise during the pricing process. Once all tenders are received, we carefully evaluate them to ensure we select the best partner for your project.
Site Observation & Project Management
Throughout the construction phase, we remain actively involved, working closely with the contractor to ensure the design is executed precisely as planned.
Our role includes:
– Communicating design decisions as needed on-site
– Overseeing the contractor’s progress and schedule
– Reviewing samples and materials selections
– Providing regular site reports and maintaining photographic records
We also liaise with you regularly, ensuring you’re informed of every milestone and decision, offering complete transparency.
Upon project completion, we assist in securing the Code of Compliance (COC) certificate and ensure all final inspections are completed. We’ll also work with you to finalise any defects and transition insurance, providing you with all necessary documentation, including maintenance schedules and as-built service documents.
