– Finalising the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces

Once we reach this phase, the design is fully refined and agreed upon, ensuring all parties are aligned before moving forward.

At this stage, we create the detailed technical documentation necessary to bring the project to life.

This includes:

– Detailed drawings and specifications
– Project schedules
– Council forms and certifications

We also coordinate with any additional consultants or contractors, ensuring all the necessary information is ready for construction and building consent. This set of documents serves as the blueprint for the project, ensuring a smooth transition to construction.

With the building consent granted, we begin the process of selecting the right contractor for the job. We invite tenders from trusted contractors, providing a clear scope of work and answering any queries that arise during the pricing process. Once all tenders are received, we carefully evaluate them to ensure we select the best partner for your project.

Throughout the construction phase, we remain actively involved, working closely with the contractor to ensure the design is executed precisely as planned.

Our role includes:

– Overseeing the contractor’s progress and schedule
